“Let Story Guide You” is the lecture I delivered at Veritas at Hope College as well as the recent retreat in North Carolina. In the lecture I discuss the editing principles writers use when they edit a screenplay and how these same principles can be used to help people make sense of their lives. In place of creeds, God provide stories. Story is a powerful tool to teach us the positive and negative charges of life, and to help us identify what is truly worthwhile to pursue, and what is foolish. Story is more powerful, in fact, than rules or principles. Many have written requesting the lecture. It is available now in the audio store.
